Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 9, 2026
Welcome to AllNet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllNet platform at allnetgames.com and the AllNet application (the "Service"), operated by AllNet ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AllNet. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Your Account
You sign in through Google or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including your real name, when setting up your profile.
You may claim a unique username. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate these Terms. A list of reserved usernames is maintained by AllNet.
3. How AllNet Works
AllNet is a pickup basketball platform that allows you to discover courts, check in to courts, create and join games, submit post-game reviews, and build a public basketball profile with skill and social ratings.
Check-ins. You must be within proximity of a court to check in. Check-ins expire automatically after 120 minutes or can be ended manually. You may only be checked in to one court at a time.
Games. Games are structured by format (1v1 through 5v5). You join games using team codes. After a game ends, all players enter a review period. Failure to submit reviews by the deadline may result in rating penalties.
Ratings. Your skill and social ratings are calculated from peer reviews submitted after verified games. Ratings reflect community feedback and are not determined or guaranteed by AllNet. Leaving a game in progress may result in a social rating penalty.
Stars. Stars are a virtual currency earned through gameplay, referrals, and onboarding bonuses. Stars can be spent on cosmetic items such as career card covers and sprays. Stars have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be purchased with real money at this time. We reserve the right to modify the Stars economy, including earning rates, pricing, and available items.
4. User Content
You may upload profile photos, game photos, game videos, and captions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading it to AllNet, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on any third party's rights.
5. Community Standards
AllNet is built on trust and community reputation. You agree to:
- Behave with sportsmanship and respect toward other players, both on and off the court
- Submit honest and fair post-game reviews
- Not manipulate ratings through fake accounts, coordinated reviews, or other deceptive practices
- Not use AllNet to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Not impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
- Not spam, solicit, or post unauthorized advertising
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Service or other users' accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, with or without notice.
6. Reporting
You may report courts that contain inaccurate information and players who violate community standards. We review reports and may take action at our discretion, including removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts.
7. Public Profiles
AllNet is designed around public basketball identity. Your name, username, profile photo, career card, ratings, match history, and Founding Hooper status are publicly visible. Public player pages may be shared via URL and may appear in search engine results. Dynamic Open Graph images are generated for your public profile when shared on social media.
8. Referral Program
You may refer other users to AllNet using your referral link or short code. Both you and the referred user earn Stars when the referred user creates an account. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or creating fake accounts to earn Stars, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and Stars forfeiture.
9. Intellectual Property
The AllNet name, logo, design system, career card design, and all other original content and features of the Service are owned by AllNet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
AllNet uses third-party services including Google OAuth, Apple OAuth, Mapbox, Google Places, BestTime, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
AllNet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
AllNet is a platform for organizing and tracking pickup basketball. We do not supervise games and are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or incidents that occur during games organized through the Service. You participate in basketball activities at your own risk.
Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of other users and are not endorsements or guarantees by AllNet.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllNet and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, lost data, or loss of reputation.
13. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, game history, ratings, Stars balance, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of AllNet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
