Privacy Policy

AllNet ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AllNet platform at allnetgames.com and the AllNet mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo through Google or Apple OAuth sign-in. You may also choose a username and upload a custom profile photo.
Location Data. We collect your device's GPS location when you use court discovery, check in to a court, or start a game. Location is used to show nearby courts, validate check-ins (proximity verification), and associate your activity with real courts. We do not track your location in the background when the app is not actively in use.
Game and Activity Data. We collect data related to your gameplay, including games created or joined, match results (wins, losses, draws), post-game reviews, skill and social ratings, check-in history, and media uploads (photos and videos).
Stars and Purchases. We track your Stars balance, transaction history, and store purchases (covers, sprays) within the platform.
Device and Usage Data. We may collect device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, and general usage patterns to improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
Push Notification Tokens. If you enable push notifications, we store your device push token to deliver court alerts, game notifications, and spray notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the AllNet platform
- Display your public profile, career card, and match history
- Enable court discovery, check-ins, and game creation
- Calculate and display your skill rating, social rating, and standings
- Process Stars transactions and store purchases
- Send push notifications for court activity, game updates, and social interactions
- Generate shareable career cards and dynamic Open Graph images for link previews
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Communicate with you about updates, features, and your account
3. Public Information
AllNet is built around public basketball identity. The following information is publicly visible by default:
- Your name, username, profile photo, and career card
- Your skill rating, social rating, win/loss/draw record, and Founding Hooper status
- Match results posted to the Activity feed
- Your public player page (allnetgames.com/p/your-username)
Media uploads (game photos and videos) are visible to all AllNet users within the Activity feed.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate AllNet, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Mapbox (maps), Google Places (court data), BestTime (court forecast data), Resend (email delivery), and remove.bg (photo processing). These providers access your data only as needed to perform their services.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Safety. We may share information if we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to address fraud or security issues.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the Settings page, we remove your data from our active systems, including your profile, game history, ratings, Stars balance, check-ins, reviews, and push notification tokens. Some data may persist in backups for a limited period.
6. Your Choices
- Push Notifications. You can enable or disable push notification categories (Court Watch Alerts, Game Notifications, Spray Notifications) in your AllNet Settings.
- Account Deletion. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Location. You can revoke location access through your device settings. Note that core features like court check-in and game creation require location access to function.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication through OAuth providers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
AllNet is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of AllNet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
